MARKETING CLUB
The marketing club of SIIB seeks to help the student members to gain valuable insights into marketing, beyond the horizons of textbooks. The club activities are organized by the students themselves that include various quizzes, discussions, “Brand” auctions, polls, presentations and lectures by eminent speakers in the field that are both informative as well as fun. Members also have a channel to communicate the latest in marketing by posting articles on the official Marketing Club board - Storyboard.
FINANCE CLUB
The Finance Club at SIIB is a platform where students get to exchange various ideas in the dynamic world of “ Money ”. Members get a chance to present their perspective on various topics including Securities, Venture Capital, RBI, Insurance Business, Credit Rating Companies, Mutual Funds among others, through in -depth research, followed by general discussions. The club also organizes quiz contests and guest lectures from leading personalities in the world of finance.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT CLUB
Being an institute that specializes in International Business, the SCM Club at SIIB is always brimming with activity. The members are enthusiastically involved in the running of the club by having prominent guest lecturers, organizing quizzes, giving presentations on various topics including shipping, freight, airlines and supply chain management among other latest developments in the field of international trade and logistics.
HUMAN RESOURCE CLUB
In today's dynamic world where human resources have come
to play a very critical role in the success of an
organisation , the HR Club acts as a platform where the
students get to know the practicalities of the theories
taught in the classroom through personalities &
perception exercises, book reviews etc. People from the
corporate world are invited to share their experiences &
discuss various methodologies on issues like performance
appraisal ,competency mapping ,compensation etc
AGRI BUSINESS CLUB
The Agri Business Club at SIIB exclusively caters to the vale
addition for Agri Business Management students when they step in
to the academic world of Business Administration. The club is
essentially run by the students themselves under the guidance of
faculty. They conduct book reviews, quizzes & presentations
on sectoral or company analysis focused on agri input and output
sector comprising seeds, Fertilizers, Agro Chemicals, farm
machinery, Agriculture Banking / Insurance and Agriculture /
Food Retailing respectively. The students also manage Agri- club
boards on a weekly basis highlighting the latest news and
related information on various issues / subjects covering Agri-Policy
Initiatives, Commodities, national & international trends on
new developments.
