salary for the MPABM batch is Rs.5.05 lakhs p.a. The average salary for the MPIB batch showed an increase of 30 % over the previous year. The average salary for the MPIB batch is Rs.7.55 lakhs p.a. as compared to Rs.5.8 lakhs p.a. last year. The median salary for the MPIB batch is Rs.7.20 lakhs p.a.

It must be highlighted here that a total of 69 companies were scheduled to visit the campus for  final placements for MPIB and the figure stood at 22 for MPABM. The placement week was held in December 2006, and in this period, all  students of MPIB were placed in 34 companies. and  all  students of MPABM program were placed in 11 companies. . Apart from International Marketing and Supply Chain profiles offered by ITC-IBD, VFS, Ceat, Sterlite , students also got profiles as diverse as Corporate Finance, Domain Consulting, International Market Research, Product Development, Derivative Trading, Equity Research, Wealth Management, Treasury Management ,Core Sales and Marketing profiles. Also, three excellent international business offers were made in the manufacturing sector.
