Phase-I:
Candidate has to appear for SNAP Test on 21st December 08.
The SNAP test score will be one of the parameters for short-listing
the candidates for Phase II i.e GD / PI. Other parameters include academic
background and work experience etc..

Phase-II: ( will be held only in PUNE)
Phase - II consists of Group Discussion, Personal Interviews, Group Activity &
Written Communication Test.
The Group Discussion will be
based on a case study, which will be followed by personal
interview. The Group Test would evaluate the soft skills
required in a managerial position and the written
communication would evaluate the ability to write concisely
& coherently.
Final Selection:
The final selection of students will be based on the performance
in Phase I and
Phase II.
