Dr. Pooja Choudhary is an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management at the Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune. She brings with her three years of industry experience, with core interests in Recruitment, Talent Management, and People Management within the IT sector. She holds a Ph.D. in the field of High Performance Work Systems, Work from Intensification and Employee Happiness: An Empirical Study on Real Estate of India from SIU. Her academic contributions include the publication of several research papers and book chapters in reputed peer-reviewed international journals and edited volumes.
