Mr Abhishek Kashyap is a dedicated researcher in the field of sustainable food supply chain management, with a particular focus on the foxnut (Makhana) industry. He has a strong academic background, holding both an MTech and PhD from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur and Patna, respectively, in India. His research contributions include several high-impact publications in ABDC, SCI, and SCOPUS-indexed journals, along with multiple conference presentations at premier institutions such as IIM Shillong, IIM Kozhikode, and MNIT Jaipur. His studies span across supply chain sustainability, technology integration, food loss and waste reduction, and decision-support frameworks using advanced mixed methodologies. Beyond journal publications, he has actively contributed to national and international conferences, including POMS, IISF YSC, SUSCON, and ICMEMS, presenting research on supply chain optimization, post-harvest loss analysis, and environmental impact assessments in FMCG processing.
