This year, the placement season for SIIB witnessed many prominent recruiters from different industries. In addition to the regular and conventional roles offered every year, recruiters offered some of the most desirable and niche roles in the industry across domains like Business Analytics, Advisory, Data Science, Market Research, Product Development, Consulting, Risk Analyst, Digital Marketing, Strategy, Financial Advisory and Operations Management majorly by the Big Fours, major IT players, FMCG/FMCD, BFSI and Manufacturing sectors.
MBA- Agri Business
The Agri Business Batch 2023–25 at SIIB witnessed promising placement, reflecting the growing global relevance of agri-sector professionals. Students secured opportunities across a diverse range of domains including Agri Consulting, Agri Inputs, Agri Value Chain Management, Commodity Trading and Risk Management, Rural Banking & Insurance, and the Food & Beverage industry.
Recruiters offered niche and evolving roles in Agri-Tech, Sustainable Agriculture, E-Commerce and Digital Agri Platform, Food Processing and Value addition, etc., emphasizing the industry’s shift towards innovation, sustainability, and digitization. The trust of the regular recruiters was re-instilled and a fresh bunch of new recruiters turned their faith towards us this year.
