Synopsis:

On 9th July 2021, the new batch of 2021- 23 attended a Guest lecture by Mr. Kayzad Hiramanek. The topic was on ‘Tomorrow’s Organization’ where he enlightened students about most of the things which are digitalized and how people are changing as the world does. He also gave us insights into how digitalization has brought changes to his organization.

Mr. Hiramanek shared his insights on how improvement in IT infrastructure and work from home has improved efficiency. He shared his views on how COVID has increased the speed at which digitalization was taking place. He provided good insights about things that are changing and how people are becoming more reliant on technology. He also shared statistics about how work from home didn’t hinder them but increased efficiency and how people prefer to work with chatbots to solve some of their problems rather than dealing with people. Mr. Hiramanek also spoke about the telecommunication market which was unable to handle the huge cost of using infrastructure has now improved with work from home, and thus companies can hire from all over India. Lastly, he spoke about how work from home would become more normal as it saves corporates lakhs of rupees.

This session ended with an interactive Q & A session.
