In the year 2019, SIIB started a summer school exchange programme with University of British Columbia. The Vancouver Summer Programme is an intensive four-week academic programme giving participants the opportunity to gain knowledge of culture and practices in Canada. Students attend the two weeks to one-month Summer school at UBC from mid-July to mid-August.
