By celebrating the International Yoga Day on June 21st, the participants were encouraged to incorporate yoga into their daily lives and experience its positive effects on their overall health and wellness. On this day, the students, faculty and staff members attended an event conducted by Mr. Sandeep, Fitness instructor, RWC.

Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. By organizing Yoga Day, SIIB aimed to promote physical health and well-being among students, faculty, and staff. Regular practice of yoga can improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall fitness levels.
