Dr. Dharmesh K. Mishra is an Professor at the Symbiosis Institute of International Business.He is an alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar. He has more than 20 years of experience in varied sectors such as Manufacturing, Banking and Education in India, Australia and Mauritius. He has also delivered session on Human Resource Management at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (BSEL), Germany. His research and training interest areas are from the fields of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. He has published numerous research papers and is also a reviewer for Scopus, Web of Science and ABDC indexed journals. He has also conducted teaching and training programs for companies both in India and overseas such as Wipro, Mphasis, Citius Tech, Khimji Ramdas, Tata Autocomp etc.
