Synopsis:

On 1st July 2021 students of Batch 2021-23 were enlightened with the management principles from Bhagwad Gita and 700 shlokas in the book. The session started with Dr. Ashutosh Narayan Misal connecting the Bhagwat Gita with the management principles. This was done with an example from the Bhagwat Gita where Shree Krishna had given vital information to Arjuna which was then connected with today’s corporate scenario where a boss guides their subordinates.

The three main ground principles of the Bhagwat Gita are teamwork, competitor analysis, and anxiety. Dr. Ashutosh Narayan Misal also explained the concept of ethics, not accepting change in your life, learning organization- freezing and unfreezing, Peter’s principle, stress management principles, and knowledge adapted from various chapters of the Bhagwat Gita. He explained how the business principles of Bhagwad Gita will create leaders of India.

The session ended with an interactive question and answer session.

Overall Feedback: The session was very informative and interactive. Students were exposed to concepts like business principles from Bhagwad Gita, the role of digitalization in post pandemic scenario. It was a great learning experience for students.
