Alumni’s Name and Designation: Mr Prabhash Chaudhary, Founder and CEO of Magistral Consulting

On June 14, 2024, Mr Prabhash Chaudhary conducted a guest lecture on ‘His Professional Journey’ for the Batch of 2024-26. The session began with his energetic and enthusiastic interaction with the audience. He briefly explained his journey, starting from being an average student with the lowest CTC (Cost to Company) in his batch to how he eventually started his own company in a basement. The session was quite interactive, with his humour and anecdotes from his college days creating a healthy and engaging atmosphere, encouraging everyone to participate actively.

Following this, he used various case studies to explain how strategy consulting works. He also emphasised that at the beginning of one’s career, it’s crucial to work at the grassroots level to achieve significant growth, much like he did.

Thereafter, he elaborated on the importance of focusing on learning rather than money until one’s 30s. He stressed that once a strong foundation of knowledge and skills is built, financial success will naturally follow. He also engaged the audience by asking several questions and expressed his willingness to hire students from the college.

The session concluded with a Q&A segment, allowing students to ask Mr Chaudhary various professional and personal queries, which he answered with equal enthusiasm and cheer.
