On 7th June 2025, the MBA Batch of 2025 – 2027 had an effective session on Academia-Industry Connect in association with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Young Indians (Yi) lead by our esteemed chief guests Mr. Yogesh Desai , Director – Perennial Technologies Pvt. Ltd , Mr. Pratyush Sinha – Founder & Chief Vision Officer-Atomium Labs, Mr. Rohan Turior – Founder & Managing Partner, INNOIPS.

The session, moderated by Mr. Turior, commenced with a question regarding the necessity of an education in international business. Mr. Desai responded by emphasizing the importance of diversifying professional networks, noting that the demand for international business grows simultaneously with globalization. Mr. Sinha added that developing a company or institution globally is a current trend requirement.

The chief guests then discussed the art of business communication, sharing personal anecdotes and highlighting the significant role perception plays in determining outcomes. They stressed that trust is a fundamental building block of any organization and that effective leaders should be morally supportive, consistent, and focused on long-term growth rather than immediate profits. By adopting this approach, leaders can elevate their organization’s growth step by step, fostering a strong and sustainable foundation.

Mr. Desai also said that founders bear the responsibility of selecting the most suitable workers to maintain a cohesive workforce structure and prevent deployment issues. The session highlighted the significance of understanding laws in various countries, emphasizing the balance between regulatory stringency and the liberty companies enjoy in shaping their work environments.

To achieve accurate outcomes, organizations must adopt a purposeful research and market approach. The session concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Dharmesh K. Mishra.
