Dr. Madhurima Basu is an Assistant Professor of International Business at the Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune. She holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM K), with her research interests spanning across international business and entrepreneurship.
Dr. Basu has authored several book chapters and journal articles, and has presented her research at renowned national and international peer-reviewed conferences. Her paper was nominated for the AIB/FIU Best Theory Paper Award at the AIB Annual Conference 2024 held in Seoul, South Korea. She brings valuable industry experience from ICICI Bank Ltd., and has previously taught at NMIMS, Hyderabad.
