Mrs. Tripti Sharma is a Teaching Associate at the Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed) University, Pune. She brings over six years of rich teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in commerce and management education. Her academic approach emphasizes conceptual clarity, critical thinking, and the application of theory to real-world business contexts. She received the Second-Best Paper Award at the SIMSARC International Conference 2022–2023 for her research paper titled “A Review of Green Supplier Selection for Environmental Benchmarking,” published in 2023 by the Taylor & Francis Group, London. She holds undergraduate and dual postgraduate degrees in Commerce and is UGC-NET qualified. She is currently pursuing a PhD at Symbiosis International (Deemed) University, with research interests focused on sustainability and green finance.
