On 9th of July 2021, the new batch of 2021-23 attended a session by Ms. Rujuta Jagtap where she talked about ‘Automotive Versatile Testing Solutions’.
Ms. Jagtap shared experiences from her journey as the Sales and Marketing Head at Tata Steels, International Business, to the entrepreneurial role she held at Saj Test Plant Pvt Ltd. Ms. Jagtap spoke about various roles in the sales and marketing domain, it’s importance and key learnings from them.
This helped students to learn about the diversity factor at industrial processes and familiarised them with the preference of women to work in service sector followed by various methods to improve productivity.
The session concluded with an engaging Q & A session.
